Can Polaris owners get the Hammerhead as a loaner instead of the Starfarer?

Come 3.3, I think it'd make more sense for Polaris owners to have a Hammerhead loaner. The Starfarer is obviously the best match at the moment, but it doesn't really fit the role.

I'm sure some will disagree but eh, I can dream :)
