My thoughts are that if we're buying the Vulcan we'll need other additional things to do the job right:

An Upgraded Repair Tool, something bigger better stronger and faster than the standard model. Maybe even a manual drone control system that is hand-held.

A Large Wrench, right tool for the right job, if somebody didn't completely finish breaking something we need to replace we should have the right tool to finish breaking it. Maybe a 140cm monkey wrench with angry eyes and shark mouth?

Repairman's Jumpsuit so we can dress the part RIGHT and not look like some weekend youtube car-guy come to stick exhaust whistles in your main thrusters.

Mag-Attach clamp-ons that make any light or medium armor boots into magboots.

That's what I sent in on the ticket, looking for other serious ideas:

I am an original crowd funding supporter of the game to the tune of $125. I haven't been playing, waiting for it to get closer to done. Inspired by the gameplay I see on here I went to play and it appears I have to download an alpha client and then it tries to make me pay $45 more dollars. I just want to play what looks like a wonderful game that I have already paid for (I hope). Can anyone provide me with some clarity?

Old components we bought - when are they disappearing?

Some time ago, for some reason I bought a few ship components with Real Money. A week or 2 ago it was announced that this stuff will be taken out of our list of purchases and swapped out for store credit (I think). So I am wondering: do we know when this will happen?

I know alot of this is speculation but how would you guys imagine the building mechanics in a fully flushed out Star Citizen? So you purchased a moon/planet/plot etc how and what do you build and how do you build it? Will you need a Pioneer (dedicated building ship)? This is one aspect i'm particularly excited for.

Hi everyone! I'm playing Star Citizen and I'm loving it, but I have hard times aiming in a ship. I'm using mouse and keyboard. I've watched a ton of tutorial videos of how to aim, how to set controls, how to adjust sensitivity curves etc etc. In all of that videos I see how people just precisely aim and track the target smoothly, while I feel like I'm wobbling around and can't keep aim at the target. And with fixed guns. Also with sharp turns, like fast 180 turn, I always end up wobbling a lot, trying to make my ship steady again, while in the videos I see precise turns ending with reticle exactly where needed. Right now I have all sensitivites set to 1.0, my Mouse DPI is 800, I use fixed guns. I've tried different setting for my mouse, 400, 800, 1600, for in-game different sensitivites too, also tried custom curves, S-curve, J-curve. I've tried gimballed guns on Hornet, but it didnt help much, I still can't keep my target in the pip. Also I've made a short video of me poorly trying to hit a NPC in Pirate swarm, to represent the problems I'm having.
Is there anything I'm missing? Or is it just pure "skill" thing, which I need to improve? Any help much appreciated!

I downloaded the client yesterday and was shocked to see how buggy the PU still is. Is this all still server side problems? I'm running a brand new 8700k/1080tiSLI gaming rig and the FPS is bad, the lights are flickering liking crazy, my head goes below the floor for a moment when I go prone sometimes...

I hadn't tried to play since right after you could walk around ArcCorp for the first time. I thought there would be a more polished product by now. Is there a sense amongst you all that things are truly coming along and we will actually have a polished, working, beyond-beta market ready product?

I did take a look at the roadmap for 2018. So the plan is for alpha 3.4 by the end of the year? Alpha?

I've been a big defender of this game for years now, but as the years go on and my children who literally didn't even exist when I backed this game are getting ready to start school this fall and the game is still in alpha... well, I guess I'm having a harder time defending the "quality takes time" line. I know it takes time, but this is getting to be like going to a fancy restaurant for dinner and it's 6AM the next day and the chef is still getting everything just right and making your dinner better and better, supposedly.

Please, r/starcitizen, make me excited again, give me hope!

I found out that what i like the most is trying to disable ships and board them, npc or players alike, but destroying them is just bad, not what i want unless i'm doing a mercenary roundup. Are there any distortion weapons right now? Suckerpunch is not even on sale.. I know they'll bring higher tier distortion weapons in the future, just wondering if we have them now ( or when we'll have them if 3.1 or what)

Any ideas?
