I mean. I kinda figured significant portions of 3.4 were going to fall back into 3.5 at the beginning of this week when they didn't go to live. I'm just wondering what they got in store for 3.7.

Microtech maybe? If we get Arc Corp and Microtech next year I'd be thrilled. Ship wise maybe we'll start to see long forgotten ships like the Crucible or Carrack. Heck, what ever happened to the 100i serries of starter ships? That'd be pretty cool to see make it's way into the game with the Origin serries of ships getting their overhauls.

Get in, oh cool the doors close automatically behind you now.

Looking around, WTF suddenly a guy is in my ship. He gets in the pilot seat, there's no way for me to kick him out?

I get a high speed tour of the station before he kamikazes it into the station.

Respawn.

Door to my bunk is bugged and close is the only option. It's already closed. I can't get out of my bunk.

Sigh...

Log out.



All while getting high teens FPS with my 950ti.

I feel like this is something thats been missing from star citizen for a while now.this game seems to mostly focus on ships most of the time when it comes to vehicles

But Since they are working on city planets or cities on planets,having hover cars for flying stictly inside planets would make more sense then just strictly having bulky ships.

This would be really cool to have especially having them fly in some sort of traffic system which would breathe extra life into the citys they are building.

Also imagine what the current ship manufactuers would come up with if they attempt to make a hover car?especially origin.or maybe there would be new manufactuers specifically making hover cars who knows.

But if theres gonna be a no fly zone which makes sense for a city,perhaps add hover cars for the purpose of traveling throught the city but at the cost of them not being capable of space flight (leave it to the ships for that)

But yea it would be cool to see roads sky high like we see in scifi movies.or maybe no roads.either way works just add freaking flying cars.

Although I haven't heard one way or the other, I'm assuming CIG won't be providing an extra 5M aUEC for testing purposes when 3.3 goes live, like they've done in the PTU.

If that's the case, is anyone planning to put in the time and effort that would be required to buy a ship, knowing that it will be lost with the next patch?

If so, any thoughts about a specific plan to get there?

Also, any ideas about ways teams might work together to increase income compared to what we would earn working on our own? The current mining and hauling gameplay doesn't seem well suited to teams in that respect, AFAIK -- but maybe I'm missing something?
